The contract for the production of a custom-made sofa is concluded after the client has provided a photograph (sketch) of the future products or the company's designer created a computer model of the furniture taking into account the customer's wishes.
The official document specifies the production time of the furniture element, the delivery date, and assembly details. It describes financial issues (cost, procedure for making advance and final payments, form of payment), provides product guarantees, and specifies the rights and obligations of the parties. The attached package contains a drawing and 3D image, and describes the materials used.
After signing the contract and paying a portion of the money, the project is sent to the furniture workshop for work. Upon completion of the manufacturing process, the contractor notifies the customer that the sofa is ready to be delivered for installation.
